Services Provided

The Service Provider agrees to perform the following maintenance services for the Customer’s heating and air conditioning systems:

Biannual Inspections:

Comprehensive inspection of heating and cooling systems, including:

  • Checking refrigerant levels
  • Inspecting electrical components
  • Cleaning and replacing filters (Customer provided)
  • Inspecting ductwork for leaks
  • Inspecting ductwork and system for cleanliness
  • Testing thermostat accuracy
  • Cleaning outdoor coils
  • Flush drain lines
  • Condensate drain treatment
  • Adjust furnace gas pressure
  • Clean flame sensor
  • Test all system safeties
  • Ensuring system efficiency and safety

Priority Service:

Customers will receive priority scheduling for any service calls.

Discounts on Repairs:

Customers will receive a 10% discount on any repair services needed outside of the maintenance agreement.

Service Schedule

Maintenance services will be performed biannually on a schedule agreed upon by both parties.

Payment

  • The amount due for the maintenance agreement is $180 per system per year or $15 per system per month.
  • Payment is due upon signing this agreement and is non-refundable.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to adjust fees for subsequent years with prior notification to the Customer.

Customer Responsibilities

  • The Customer agrees to provide access to the heating and air conditioning systems during scheduled maintenance visits.
  • The Customer is responsible for maintaining clear access to equipment and ensuring that the systems are operational at the time of service.

Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the performance of services under this Agreement. The Service Provider’s liability for any claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer under this Agreement.

Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party with a written notice of 30 days. Upon termination, the Customer will not be entitled to any refunds for payments made.
